Refund & Cancellation Policy (High-End Livestock Enclosures & Chicken Coops):

All Sales Final/Custom Order Policy

Due to the custom, made-to-order, and large scale nature of our chicken coops, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

 

Each structure is built specifically for the customer, and materials and labor are committed immediately upon purchase.

 

Order Cancellations:

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, ordering and production begins, and the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your structure arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, the delivery team should be notified immediately and the structure refused, or an agreement should be made at that time as to the nature of correction to be made in writing. We will repair, replace, or resolve the issue at our discretion.

 

Shipping and Delivery:

Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access and space for delivery. Minimum 12' of clearance to and from sight to be placed. Customer is responsible for all sight leveling and prep work. We are not responsible for issues or damages to property reulting from improper site preparation or inability to complete delivery.
