Shipping policy

 

Our Shipping Policy is as follows:

Custom Builds/Coops/Shelters:

All custom builds ship in a minimum of 4-6 weeks, as they are built to order. Delivery of custom builds are subject to a $5.00/mile delivery fee per item if the customer opts to have their order delivered. There is a minimum fee of $200.00 for any custom build for which delivery is elected. All orders have an anticipated and expected delivery date six (6) weeks from date of order/payment received. If your order is ready in advance, you will be notified via phone and/or email.

Coop’d Up Merchandise and Basic Livestock Supplies:

Orders entailing general Coop’d Up Merchandise and Livestock supplies orders ( i.e., feeders, waterers, nest boxes, auto doors, T-shirts, etc.) are subject to standard shipping/weight charges, and will be calculated upon checkout within the cart. These items generally ship in 3-5 business days. Tracking will be provided via email once the item(s) ship.
